We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Operations Assistant to cover a number of areas. This person will be responsible for greeting all visitors, answering the main phone line, and maintaining a positive first impression of the company.  This person will handle a variety of company-wide duties including organizing and scheduling the meeting rooms, ordering lunches, filing and faxing documents as needed.  Operational duties include processing customer invoices, helping with accounts payable/receivable, and other duties as assigned by a manager.  This is a great entry-level position for someone looking to grow with an established company.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma required
• College Degree preferred
• 1-3 years professional experience in an office environment
• MS Office proficiency (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented
• Strong organizational skills
• A passion for the automotive industry, cars or car parts a plus

We offer a competitive salary of $12-$14/hr (DOE) to begin, plus full benefits including medical, dental, and paid vacation.
